I have always been summarized wad i wanted to write on my blog doing my jogging. lol dun know y..maybe during the jog i can think better cause without the distraction of tv, com , brother com and mp3 at home. however i think better when i am walking cause while jogging u pant hoh so cannot think properly.so whenever u see my entries for that day is long mean i walked alot that days and i have alot of time at home. lol. the longer i walk the longer the entry remember that! but today exception lah i nv walk alot cause i wearing the Hua Yi basketball the sleeveless to run mah. so cannot walk alot cause lose face if ppl see. normally i wear home clothes to run lor then can slack alot. then wear the jjc polo t-shirt also cannot run too slow or ppl see liao shake head, thinking look that those jc ppl cannot even run. then i wear tkd t-shirt also will chiong one de lor. then i wear 07S20 class t-shirt hoh will EVEN FAS...... ok lah i wun wear that to run lah i scare the number drop like my 4E2 de soccer jersey. all the number is print on to it one. scare drop abit hoh, then ppl like Chong Hao will de siao and go pull.

then now wah kena sunburn til damn pain ar.... yesterday go fishing with Chong Hao and his friend Adrian mah. i imbal ok i nv sleep! ok lah nth imbal it is in the day lol if at night ar then i dun know if u see me hiding in the tent and only respond if u call Jing Lun but anyway we bought frozen prawns to catch tamans(relatively small fishes) then use Tamans to catch bigger fishes. the more of the common bigger fishes are Queen fish and a long mouth fish i dun know call wad. but in the end we manage to catch a queen fish. damn imbal i was sitting there stoning and holding the rod. then Chong hao was beside me setting a prawn for his rod and he saw the float was being pull in the water a few times. then he realise bigger fish have been investigating the fish that we had set in the water, but not yet have biten the bait. And we cannot do anything yet but to wait. Since we are unable to determine wad fish had bite the bait yet. Chong Hao decide to release more line and wait. only if the bigger fish swallow the bait then can the hook to be caught in its mouth or otherwise it will bite the lower half of the fish and not be hook.and we hook the hook at the head of the bait so only by swallowing the bait then it can be catch.however if the fish is a long mouth fish it would be much harder for the fish to be hook. cause it will bite the fish vertical in it mouth and sped off before slowly adjusting it in it mouth to swallow. Luckly for Chong hao Patience and his good vision he identify the fish is a Queen fish and make a jerk and the fish goes for it and we will pulling it up. then lol Adrian was like a kids wanting Chong Hao to pass him the rod so that he can feel the fish fighting to run away from the rod but the fish was already half dead and decide to face it fate and not struggle. The sun was just basketing hot hot til the prawn in the cooler box turn orange. Then Sir Zi yi came to the rescue with lunch. lol luckly his friend drive him here or he sure dun lan one.ma chaim he come le and go home lol. kena abuse

Labrador Park

I have been thinking sia... wad if i am the one that die instead of my twin brother.will he be more chiong than me in life, will he play better basketball and all other sports may even be good at vball. Will he treat his friends even better and more socialable and out going.Maybe he is more better at whacking the books and deserve this more than me.
He may have better management and dun sleep at over nite outing, and do the 101 things that i dun like to do like reading books and listening to advice not being stubborn as me. nor lazy to end up retaining the jc years.
There is a period of time where i lost my motivation. And I got it back. I am gg to live my live to the fullest. no lazing ard. And i am sure he would not go play bball with his pri school friends no matter how tired he is. he won beat me at such thing! =D

5 weeks after A

this is mine 5th week after A level, i am still just able to do 3 chin up only lor. The only reason i can deduce is that i gain 12 kg from last year til now. Yea i am at my ideal 70kg! =) but i gotta have to cut the tummy that i have now. today was lol freaking funni. i call ka-weng over to play bball at 3 but 2plus see Chong Hao and Zi yi online at there, gg nv call them.didn't know they so free then CH call me. actually wanna hide one but in the end they know lol. so four of us went to play l4d 2. damn sian lah like waste one hour to get the game working. then com lagging and game kena own lor.Then go opp the al meen eat mutabak and go home.While playing Daytona they seem to be super high lor. Today while doing my usually jog at the infamous dunearn normal warm up runi only manage to complete the smaller circle as in not running ard Jeaneve house. i dun know y i puke lor... i think because i ate too much only. may be i ate too late.

then Wah lao after the karoke session at eric sis hse at 3 weeks ago, where Eric and I brought our own mic from our respective hse. then Ch join along. We had the fun of our life but my chinese veri chui.like those song i am not familar got alot of character i dun know how to read lor. then Ch as me to sub the words that i dun know with gan ba then damn lol like cause maybe got one whole sentence that might go gan ba gan ba gan ba~ then even the familar one hoh like Emil Chou i dun know listen how many years hoh i also got words dun know how to read one leh. i didn't know sia so i bet with them that like each word i dun know fine 10 cent in the end hoh the amount can buy one chicken sia... so dui lian .the bai wan da ge xin hoh i watch i envy wang xin ling cyndi sia she is so good at this game lah.then the reason that y is she so good it is because hoh her mother force her to copy the lyrics when she was younger. so i also decide to do the same lor.Cause i also like dun recognise the word i just remember when i listen to the song lor. so by copying the lyrics and refering to the lyrics while listen to the song my chinese will improve lor! so yea Jia You!

then there is one day lor i think shd play this more often i pit with eric free throws. like for each round we each shoot 10 free throw. then the loser have to pump 10 push up. but Eric wanted to up the stake lor he wans the loser to only to accept his punishment when the loser accumlated 30 push. while to me rite the first set was more relaxing cause i was the first shooter and the pressure is all off me. lol. and i won!
then thee second set was very close. i set the tone for the first set by accomplish a 90% effort to scare eric but at the second set eric even the series with an 80% effort and i got only a 30% somemore i am the second player to shoot. i shd do better than that! Eric was fierce the atmosphere was tense. soon it was 2-2 and everything was on the line. the winner will get all the marble. this is when eric let off he got a 60% . but i could not let that 60 % to think that it is a easy win. i did let down my guard once when eric shot 50% and i lost at 30% cause i gan chong mah. so by forgetting everything and just do wad i usually do during my secret practice(haha still the ball is with me i can do as many secret practise as i wan to keep my progress and shot in check) and yes i won! i super happi that day. cause i know winning Eric is a good win.Eric is those kind of ppl hoh u put him under stress he sure perform one lor. that time play one on one with him hoh he super zai! he like was down by 3 for the win and i was last ball to game. he made 3 consecutive long range bomb leh those Kevin Garnett like to shoot one.where is abt one foot from the 3 point line and he won man! u shd see the passion and the motivation burnning in his eye that time.it was like Gilbert in a zone lor. maybe he is in a zone also lah.

but i nowadays damn sian leh nba.com also not so hiong le like nv go and see all the video. I think i nid motivation, i lost all my passion and i am feeling lazy. everyday like wake up at 10plus but slp before 12. dun know go ns will die or not. Heard JAcky say he everyday slp less than 5 hr

Ar ... Very long nv blog le, Let me summarise wad happen fun thing happen this two week.

No 1, the 5 on 5 match on Thursday 19 march was cool. in the 4th Quarter, Lao Da JAcky had 3 pointers contest with marcus, Exchanging fiery and fierce 3 pointers with opposition. He also had one Big Wicked put back. And obvious Player of the game. Ch was cool with his baseline 3pointer swing and the shooting three pointers at fast break. He is just so confidence. Eric was an Offensive Rebounding machine. He was a Beast at rebound man! Kok wei Supported alot at Defence and Block shot. Cool! And i give him an assist to score his first bucket of the match. I score a Few open shot, and i am sure none pass by JAcky TAN HAO JIE. so Solo!And one layup with jacky calling behind me to pass to me.

no 2 , Kw and Ch Bdae,Tue 24 march We eat chinese buffet at Jurong point. Quite satisfated lah...During halfway, JAcky exclaimed that he saw Samantha.Then Ch , Kw and me followed the target at Wu Jian dao Like that.They took the Left side and I took the Right, But end up a stranger. Jacky that sucker! again. But we Managed to get a glimpse of Samantha After the movie. Talking abt movie that Jackass dun wan watch RAce to Witch Mountain one, knowing i wanted to watch, tempt me. lol But end up watching Paul Blart. I think i Did not laugh much during the show... Only heard JAcky laughter throughout. and Kw and Ch de when the Indian Talk. They so damn racist! I thought Eric did not enjoyed it but saw he laugh then ok lor...

no 3 28 March, Wei ming Just came out Army , With botak head!! haha. Felt his head look alot bigger! Haven see Zi yi then Dunno his head also loook bigger mah? We watched Witch Mountain with Jane, Jeaneve , Pearl , Zheng Bao , Elgin and Wei ming. I liked the show lah! JAcky U Basket! I Watch le! Then disney show mah, Got children. Got one Indian Kid quite noisy. We end up taking pic. I actually wanted to go home, but haiz nid give ppl chance to talk pic... then go home quite late. Zheng Bao found a way to take pic that help u look slimer. Wanna KNOw ask him where. JAne got Camera quite cool can detect smile one. Then when i went home i saw Eric.

I lost my voice...eat too much tidbits le ... yesterday went to K box with Chong Hao and Eric. I like 左右为难 but the song nv differiate the singer 1 and singer JC so screw up at the part where the singer interact each other. Chong Hao starting sing Jam Hsiao song i thought he is imiating Him , then i realise ch voice like that one... Then i have diff view abt Jam le. haha. But Ch damn power, sing 男人女人 need not use the high pitch voice like 黄靖伦 or 张信哲 to sing at all. Damn Fun through out.

I was playing Basketball by myself. A little boy came. I shared my Basketball with him Willingly and encouraged him. Ok. I Feel i Change le.I won't do that two year ago. I usually get angry when little children came to 'Disturb' me.

Then, here we are gg towards to East Coast Park. Wan yi bus overshot Zi yi house and on it way towards Far East... We ended up waiting for him for a long time.

In the bus, all 6 of them standing and interacting. I dun know if i felt tired or i am just anti-social. I just find an empty seat and started slping...

Soon enough only four of us, Zi yi , Chong Hao , I and Eric helped to start the fire.The rest was so unhelpful playing poker. Then, i Frustrated Ch and Zy a few time while faning, I always fan off the flame when we are starting the fire. But when they wanna fan off the flame. it seems an impossible job.

We got chicken boobs, Ramly patty, and squid and prawns. I was damn hungry and spam almost all of the bread. I enjoy the squids lol. Then, i just retreated to my tent and started slping again. Dun know izzit i emo or wad, i just didn't interact much with them that day.

Next moment, i was slping then i was awaken when Eric shouted "That guy looked like 黄靖伦!'. Sensitive words ar... lol

Sunday, I went to my Cousin house. My cousin called me in the Afteroon

There i was. I really appreciated that lol. Played Street Fighter IV and drunk alot of fruit juice. they were testing their new fruit blender! Anyhow add fruit in it to mix and blender. Lucky nv stomachach.

As I jogged down the park connecter on monday, I stopped so many times. Then I kept thinking, 'have i lost all my goal? my motivation to move on? Y am i running, I still have a year anyway?

Anyway i asked myself alot of Questions. Ended out i Found an movitation to carry on running...

I woke up today at 6am to watch an Interview of Jacky Cheung. Even him, the God of Songs, also has ups and downs in his life.10 years ago, he didn't think he could dance that way or set up his muscial at such a large scale.Jacky says singers are lucky to be famous and he is Really Really lucky. And with all the internet and downloading, he say it is really killing these ppl careers.
Then the ex-coach of the Gold Olympics Dream Team, Chuck Daly , is diagonised with cancer. I am damn sad for him.There is a Boston Cleveland Match now going on. Without KG and with new addition weapons. I still hope Cleveland with pull it through.
Yesterday, I am totally not myself at all when I hurled some vuglarities. So sorry to Jun jie, Wei ming , Wen yao and anyone that i have offended in anyway. Having more mood swings now.
Well I guess by retaining, i can achieve something that i hadn't done. Like Getting full points for mine NAPFA tests, scoring full marks for any of my test( Something that i really nv done before),reaching 70 kg before i enter NS and Getting me time to build up my grammer which so horrenous.
I dun think i am happy if i still manage to get into Uni with my current result.So I am going to be in Brown uniform instead of a Green for the next year.

Since when is the last time u have a really great and natural Laugh? I haven had one for a long time since today...

Today, i was very hungry so I decided to go lunch myself earlier at 1230, Buay Tahan le! I was sitting at a empty table after ordering pig organ soup and two bowl of rice.Then! This Malay family of three shared the table with me as it was very crowded. Then i was being friendly while waiting for my food to come. Asking question like 'how much is their NAsi Briyani ' , 'Oh so is the Mutton is really that good?' and stuff... and they ordered drinks and asked me if i wanted to order. They are very friendly lor then My pig Organ soup came... They like stared at me for like 5 secs then continue eating! Lol dunno whether is the Soup they are shock at or the two Bowl of Rice. haha. so funny lah, if i know they are coming i wouldn't be so bastard to order that lor.

Then, Back in Library i realise i really cannot stand if the smell of smokers.Really smoking spoils alot of this young ppl, oh man they look so fit and smoke.So friendly and respectable, haiz... Next the drinking of coffee of my colleague, they drink til they have that coffee smell whenever they talk.just hate it, so i decide to 戒 but i ended up addicted to coke. lol. but ok i feel it is better than coffee as it dun have that smell.And it doesn't make ur teeth so yellowish.

Then today Mr Goh CH lol dun have internet connection at home and wanna to play bball, so good of them to go gym first to killing time first at the same time to wait for me to pang kang. Then Young Master Jacky nids to go home to eat dinner, so i went for a jog first, Exploring the park connecter From Gui ling to Cck. It is a good place to run just that there is alot of cars during the peak hour. But at least there are no smokers =) I am going to run to cck soon..

After running met Eric, Chong Hao and Young master Jacky.It rained for a while but lucky it stopped. I finally know y 分手总是在雨天, cause raining cannot play basketball then go home mah.... but anyway We played abt 5 matches, 4 on 4. Starting, they really look like they went to the gym, shack, missing shots that they usually make. But soon JAcky and Ch were on fire when they got the stroke rite, they were raining three Pointers! So Accurate lah! Eric was Rebounding like free. On the second Match, i really felt i was on the same team as Rudy Fernandez, I was looping balls again and again to JAcky and he just double pump and lays the ball in! That is wad u can do if u train all the leg stuff at maximum weight in the gym til it is no kick at all. The Hang time is there so is Chemistry! Anyway We have been playing together for like 9 years already! woot i feel so old.... We won all the match anyway! And jacky and ch were wearing Slippers and slip on respectively ?!?! DAMN IMBAl. And i was the one who send the dagger and ended the last three games. I scored a three taht i am very satisfated with in the 4 game. =p We were corksters and laughing through out.I think a could do a better job with my rebound and post moves.

Then Young Master is Finally 19 le! haha, happy for him! And they were discussing abt going to yong master 10 dollar club. Ask me to pon work lah, they nid a 4th ppl so that can get the price of 10dollar. Jacky ask his dad to book one somemore. haha, But jacky dun wan go... if jacky go they shiok ar got 4 ppl and maybe free somemore haha.Gan pa pa mah... then Jacky failed his driving theory test lol and hoping ch would fail his too.

One thing abt this group of friends ar is taht their self esteem are high and they just keep suaning each other and we dun get emo usually.We always laugh our heart out. Which i feel is cool lah. Really appreciated taht!

I came a upon forgeting love potion by Andy Lau on my hp, i was thinking who will need taht and y? Anyway Andy Lau is getting marry soon with his girlfriend that is with him for 24 years!

Hello, Jian Wen here! wAvE WaVe. Haha Surprise surprise, didn't expect me to have a blog eh.. I have decided to have a blog in hope to strengthen my own views and opinions. Do comment and give ur opinion or view if u see it differently, that wad make blog interesting yah.. hee hee. Todays Cleveland and Miami match was hot man! Wade had 7 Steals !!! It feels like the olympics pressure defence of team USA which is well known for the steal will always beaccompanied with a thunderous DUNK.Lebron was spectacular too with 43 pts but not as impressive with Wade 41 pts and 7 STEALS. But Cleveland won in clutch. Expecting much more from the Heats with their newest addition Jermaine O' Neal.
Todays was damn slack for me. Nv do much physcial exercise.Work was as usual... I keep listening to jacky Chueng Let me Go. Wanna let lose.I think i shd do my workout now le it is now or nv... haha. And thx Kw for the many helps.And kok wei one thousand heartbreaking reason on piano.
