I have always been summarized wad i wanted to write on my blog doing my jogging. lol dun know y..maybe during the jog i can think better cause without the distraction of tv, com , brother com and mp3 at home. however i think better when i am walking cause while jogging u pant hoh so cannot think properly.so whenever u see my entries for that day is long mean i walked alot that days and i have alot of time at home. lol. the longer i walk the longer the entry remember that! but today exception lah i nv walk alot cause i wearing the Hua Yi basketball the sleeveless to run mah. so cannot walk alot cause lose face if ppl see. normally i wear home clothes to run lor then can slack alot. then wear the jjc polo t-shirt also cannot run too slow or ppl see liao shake head, thinking look that those jc ppl cannot even run. then i wear tkd t-shirt also will chiong one de lor. then i wear 07S20 class t-shirt hoh will EVEN FAS...... ok lah i wun wear that to run lah i scare the number drop like my 4E2 de soccer jersey. all the number is print on to it one. scare drop abit hoh, then ppl like Chong Hao will de siao and go pull.

then now wah kena sunburn til damn pain ar.... yesterday go fishing with Chong Hao and his friend Adrian mah. i imbal ok i nv sleep! ok lah nth imbal it is in the day lol if at night ar then i dun know if u see me hiding in the tent and only respond if u call Jing Lun but anyway we bought frozen prawns to catch tamans(relatively small fishes) then use Tamans to catch bigger fishes. the more of the common bigger fishes are Queen fish and a long mouth fish i dun know call wad. but in the end we manage to catch a queen fish. damn imbal i was sitting there stoning and holding the rod. then Chong hao was beside me setting a prawn for his rod and he saw the float was being pull in the water a few times. then he realise bigger fish have been investigating the fish that we had set in the water, but not yet have biten the bait. And we cannot do anything yet but to wait. Since we are unable to determine wad fish had bite the bait yet. Chong Hao decide to release more line and wait. only if the bigger fish swallow the bait then can the hook to be caught in its mouth or otherwise it will bite the lower half of the fish and not be hook.and we hook the hook at the head of the bait so only by swallowing the bait then it can be catch.however if the fish is a long mouth fish it would be much harder for the fish to be hook. cause it will bite the fish vertical in it mouth and sped off before slowly adjusting it in it mouth to swallow. Luckly for Chong hao Patience and his good vision he identify the fish is a Queen fish and make a jerk and the fish goes for it and we will pulling it up. then lol Adrian was like a kids wanting Chong Hao to pass him the rod so that he can feel the fish fighting to run away from the rod but the fish was already half dead and decide to face it fate and not struggle. The sun was just basketing hot hot til the prawn in the cooler box turn orange. Then Sir Zi yi came to the rescue with lunch. lol luckly his friend drive him here or he sure dun lan one.ma chaim he come le and go home lol. kena abuse

Labrador Park

I have been thinking sia... wad if i am the one that die instead of my twin brother.will he be more chiong than me in life, will he play better basketball and all other sports may even be good at vball. Will he treat his friends even better and more socialable and out going.Maybe he is more better at whacking the books and deserve this more than me.
He may have better management and dun sleep at over nite outing, and do the 101 things that i dun like to do like reading books and listening to advice not being stubborn as me. nor lazy to end up retaining the jc years.
There is a period of time where i lost my motivation. And I got it back. I am gg to live my live to the fullest. no lazing ard. And i am sure he would not go play bball with his pri school friends no matter how tired he is. he won beat me at such thing! =D

this is mine 5th week after A level, i am still just able to do 3 chin up only lor. The only reason i can deduce is that i gain 12 kg from last year til now. Yea i am at my ideal 70kg! =) but i gotta have to cut the tummy that i have now. today was lol freaking funni. i call ka-weng over to play bball at 3 but 2plus see Chong Hao and Zi yi online at there, gg nv call them.didn't know they so free then CH call me. actually wanna hide one but in the end they know lol. so four of us went to play l4d 2. damn sian lah like waste one hour to get the game working. then com lagging and game kena own lor.Then go opp the al meen eat mutabak and go home.While playing Daytona they seem to be super high lor. Today while doing my usually jog at the infamous dunearn normal warm up runi only manage to complete the smaller circle as in not running ard Jeaneve house. i dun know y i puke lor... i think because i ate too much only. may be i ate too late.

then Wah lao after the karoke session at eric sis hse at 3 weeks ago, where Eric and I brought our own mic from our respective hse. then Ch join along. We had the fun of our life but my chinese veri chui.like those song i am not familar got alot of character i dun know how to read lor. then Ch as me to sub the words that i dun know with gan ba then damn lol like cause maybe got one whole sentence that might go gan ba gan ba gan ba~ then even the familar one hoh like Emil Chou i dun know listen how many years hoh i also got words dun know how to read one leh. i didn't know sia so i bet with them that like each word i dun know fine 10 cent in the end hoh the amount can buy one chicken sia... so dui lian .the bai wan da ge xin hoh i watch i envy wang xin ling cyndi sia she is so good at this game lah.then the reason that y is she so good it is because hoh her mother force her to copy the lyrics when she was younger. so i also decide to do the same lor.Cause i also like dun recognise the word i just remember when i listen to the song lor. so by copying the lyrics and refering to the lyrics while listen to the song my chinese will improve lor! so yea Jia You!

then there is one day lor i think shd play this more often i pit with eric free throws. like for each round we each shoot 10 free throw. then the loser have to pump 10 push up. but Eric wanted to up the stake lor he wans the loser to only to accept his punishment when the loser accumlated 30 push. while to me rite the first set was more relaxing cause i was the first shooter and the pressure is all off me. lol. and i won!
then thee second set was very close. i set the tone for the first set by accomplish a 90% effort to scare eric but at the second set eric even the series with an 80% effort and i got only a 30% somemore i am the second player to shoot. i shd do better than that! Eric was fierce the atmosphere was tense. soon it was 2-2 and everything was on the line. the winner will get all the marble. this is when eric let off he got a 60% . but i could not let that 60 % to think that it is a easy win. i did let down my guard once when eric shot 50% and i lost at 30% cause i gan chong mah. so by forgetting everything and just do wad i usually do during my secret practice(haha still the ball is with me i can do as many secret practise as i wan to keep my progress and shot in check) and yes i won! i super happi that day. cause i know winning Eric is a good win.Eric is those kind of ppl hoh u put him under stress he sure perform one lor. that time play one on one with him hoh he super zai! he like was down by 3 for the win and i was last ball to game. he made 3 consecutive long range bomb leh those Kevin Garnett like to shoot one.where is abt one foot from the 3 point line and he won man! u shd see the passion and the motivation burnning in his eye that time.it was like Gilbert in a zone lor. maybe he is in a zone also lah.


but i nowadays damn sian leh nba.com also not so hiong le like nv go and see all the video. I think i nid motivation, i lost all my passion and i am feeling lazy. everyday like wake up at 10plus but slp before 12. dun know go ns will die or not. Heard JAcky say he everyday slp less than 5 hr
